was
founded on the following guidelines,
which dovetail neatly
into the B&W group of
companies’ current transformation
strategy:
- BEE should not be a reshuffling of shares, but
aligned to strategy to enable real transformation;
- All employees should be creatively engaged in the
transformation process; and
- All areas of B-BBEE scorecarding should be
prioritised, strategised and aggressively pursued to
achieve realistic and equitable targets.
